My package is damaged

If you have not yet accepted the package or delivery, please refuse to accept it to the parcel carrier or supplier and have the transport damage noted. Please inform us afterwards via our contact page[LINK]. We will arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

If you have already accepted the package or delivery, e.g. because the damage was not visible from the outside, please use our online return [LINK] to report the transport damage. We will contact you immediately for further processing of the damage. If possible, please have pictures available to document the damage.
