Is there an incorrect item in your delivery or is the item different from the item description in your order? Is there a different item on your delivery bill or invoice than the one you received? Then please inform us via the contact page [LINK] and select "Missing / wrong delivery" there. Please also let us know what kind of discrepancy you have. We will then get in touch with you immediately.
One or more items are missing in your delivery?
Please check first if these items are listed on the delivery note. If the items are not listed on the delivery note, then these items will be delivered to you separately. If the items are listed on the delivery note, please check again to see if you missed any small items due to the packaging material. If the items are confirmed missing, please check the outer packaging for any damage. If you have evidence of damage or theft during transport, please proceed as described under Transport Damage[LINK]. If transport damage or theft can be ruled out, it could be a case of incorrect delivery. In this case, please inform us via the contact page [LINK] and select "Missing / wrong delivery" there. We will contact you immediately.
