General information about the right of withdrawal
As a private customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please simply use our online revocation under "Return / Revocation". You will then receive a shipping label from us by e-mail, with which you can easily return your item to us. In individual cases, the shipping label may take a little longer. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact page.
If you purchased your device in one of our stores, you can also return it directly to us within 14 days. In case of an extended return period, the corresponding extended period counts here.
