Before receipt of the goods:
If your billing address changes, for example because you have moved, we will need proof of this. Please contact our customer service [LINK] in this regard. A subsequent change of the billing address when paying with PayPal, Klarna purchase on account, Klarna instant transfer & financing is excluded.
After receipt of the goods:
We are happy to change an already written invoice. Please send us your change request by e-mail, stating your customer and invoice number. We also need a short confirmation in this e-mail that you will not use the already existing invoice (in file or paper form) anymore and that it will be destroyed.
Please understand that we do not change invoices of orders that were triggered in the campus program or were made with the payment methods BillPay, Klarna purchase on account Klarna instant transfer & financing!
Also, in individual cases (eg permanent change requests or incorrectly created customer accounts), we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of € 10, -.
